The data controller is Go2Agency. For any question about data processing write to go2agency.info@gmail.com — the same address handles access and deletion requests.

You provide data through the contact form voluntarily. The phone, website and task fields are optional — the form submits without them.

• Name — so we can address you in the reply
• Email — the only mandatory reply channel
• Phone — if a call suits you better than email
• Website and task description — so we can prepare before we talk
• Technical visit data: IP address, device and browser type, referral source

Form data is used solely to reply to your enquiry and to discuss possible cooperation. The legal basis is your consent, given via the checkbox before submission. We do not use this data for mailings and do not pass it to third parties for marketing.

Enquiries reach us by email through Google (Gmail). That means the message is physically stored on Google servers and falls under their processing terms. Form data has no other recipients.

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it may be needed for the work or for record-keeping, but no longer than three years from the last contact. After that it is deleted. On request we delete it sooner — within 30 days.

The site stores your chosen language in the browser so it does not have to ask again on your next visit. Analytics collect anonymised visit statistics: pages, devices, referral sources. We cannot link that to you personally and do not attempt to.

You may request a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent to processing. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it. Send requests to go2agency.info@gmail.com — we respond within 30 days.

If this document changes, the date at the top of the page is updated. We do not apply material changes retroactively to data already collected.
